Terms and Conditions of Registration

• Cancellations – courses are subject to cancellation due to insufficient registration – if this occurs a full refund will be issued.
• Withdrawals/refunds - Adult and Child programs: Full refund before classes start. Refunds for Fall and or Winter registrations: prorated refund in first three weeks of classes less a $10 administration fee; no refund after the third week of classes. Prorated refund for Summer registrations; no refund after the first week of classes.
• Withdrawals/refunds - PreProfessional program: No refunds after December 31st except for medical reasons or family transfer. Prior to Dec 31 refunds will be as follows: Prior to Oct 15: 75% of total fees; Oct 16 to Nov 30: 50% of total fees; Dec 1 to Dec 31: 40% of total fees.
• Note for ONLINE classes: Zoom class link information will be sent via email - please ensure you monitor the email address you provide during registration for this important information.
